Shipping and Delivery Policy
Made-to-order processing
TCMA phone holders are made to order on the NSW South Coast. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be manufactured and dispatched. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic shipping
We currently ship throughout Australia using the following fixed rates:
• Standard Post – $15
Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Express Post – $20
Estimated delivery is 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Delivery estimates begin after the order has been manufactured and dispatched. Selecting Express Post speeds up delivery after dispatch but does not reduce the 3–7 business day production timeframe.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by Australia Post delays, public holidays, severe weather or other circumstances outside our control.
Free local delivery
Free local delivery is available to eligible addresses within postcodes 2536, 2538 and 2539.
As each holder is made to order, please allow 3–7 business days. We will contact you by email or phone to arrange delivery once your order is ready.

Orders are usually ready for pickup in 5 or more business days. Please wait until you receive a ready-for-pickup notification before attending.
Pickup is available Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm. Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting your order.
Delivery addresses
Please check that your delivery address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact admin@tcmamoto.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been lodged for delivery.
Missing or damaged deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, is significantly delayed or appears to be missing, please contact admin@tcmamoto.com with your order number so we can investigate and assist.
International shipping
International shipping is not currently available through our online store. Contact admin@tcmamoto.com if you are located outside Australia and would like to discuss an order.
